Beginning

In this vibrant stage of new birth, individuals experience spiritual awakening through baptism. Christ becomes their Savior, guiding their journey. The Holy Spirit illuminates their path, enriching their lives with shared experiences, fresh biblical teachings, and the closeknit fellowship of life groups. Learning

Guided with fundamental insights, yet focused on self, individuals nurture growth towards preferred practices. To move forward, instill virtues of community service and deep-rooted Christian values. Encourage connection with life groups, fostering a relationship with the Holy Spirit, and engaging in church activities centered on aiding others. (Philipp. 2:3-4, 1 Peter 4:10- 11, Matthew 25:34-40, Romans 12:4- 8, 1 Cor. 12:12-27, Acts 5:42, John 13:34-35)

Developing

Individuals who are beginning to serve others and desire to live according to God's will. Focus on deepening spiritual practices, encouraging leadership roles within the community, and fostering a service-oriented mindset. On this stage individuals life groups become a life style. (Luke 10:27, Eph. 4:10-11, Gal. 5:13-14, Matt. 20:26-28, James 2:14-17, Romans 12:6-8, Hebrews 10:24-25)

Awakening

In this initial stage, individuals are just beginning to explore the message of salvation through Christ. The spiritual life has not yet begun. To move forward, focus on building meaningful relationships, investing time and resources to demonstrate love and grace. Share life’s moments with compassion to guide gently towards faith. (Matt 11:28-30, 1 John 4:19, Eph 2:8-9, John 3:16-17, Col 2:13, Eph. 2:1-3, Eze. 37:1-14)

Mentoring

Individuals are inspired to impart wisdom and experiences, engaged in leadership, and nurturing discipleship groups. Offer avenues to mentor others on their spiritual paths, recognizing each discipleship stage and investing their lives in fostering growth. This stage signifies the pinnacle of discipleship maturity.
